Anchor of Hope Ministries

Bereavement Ministry
The Bereavement Ministry is open for membership for those who have a passion for working with families who have lost loved ones and who are available to attend funeral services on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, and also willing to attend four 2-hour training workshops.

Bus Ministry
The City of Refuge is looking for Class-B (passenger endorsement) driver's with clean DMV records. This is a volunteer position for driving the Shuttle on Sunday's.

Children and Youth Ministries
Are you looking for just the right shoe that fits? Do you have a passion to inspire children and youth? Do you want to transform the lives of children as they grow? Do you understand the issues that young people are dealing with? If you're interested in trying on new shoes, the Office of Ministry Development is looking for you to serve as the Director of Children and Youth Ministries!

Christian Education Department
Immediate volunteer opportunities are open in the following key areas.

• Christian Education Project Team (temporary)
  Serve in a variety of tasks in the implementation of the Christian Education Department at COR
  Time commitment — 8-20 hours per month until October 29, 2008
   
• Registrar
  Oversee the entire registration process
  Time Commitment — up to 10 hours per month
  (up to 20 hours during registration season)
   
• On-Site Registration Coordinator
  Facilitate the on-site registration process
  Time Commitment — up to 10 hours per month
  (up to 20 hours during registration season)
   
• On-Line Registration Coordinator
  Facilitate the online registration process
  Time Commitment — up to 10 hours per month
  (up to 20 hours during registration season)
   
• Administrative Lead
  Ensures administrative support throughout the Christian Education Department along with providing oversight to the registration process
  Time Commitment — up to 20 hours per month
   
• Administrative Support Coordinator
  Supports the Administrative Lead in ensuring administrative support is provided throughout the Christian Education Department
  Time Commitment — up to 12 hours per month
   
• Teacher Supply & Materials Coordinator
  Works with the Instructor Lead to ensure teachers possess the necessary supplies and materials to facilitate assigned classes
  Time Commitment — up to 12 hours per month
   
• Student Material Coordinator
  Facilitates the process for acquiring special materials & books required for students
  Time Commitment — up to 12 hours per month
   
• Logistics Coordinator
  Facilitates the process regarding room reservation and obtaining required equipment (i.e. AV) for the classroom setting
  Time Commitment — up to 12 hours per month

If you have experience or an interest in writing grants or seeking corporate sponsorship, please join us for an information session on Sunday, August 3rd. Please meet us in the Ecclesia Conference Room after either the 8AM service or the 11AM service.

Office of Ministry Development
Is looking for an organized, energetic and experienced Marketing professional to manage, design, produce and execute our overall marketing plan and programs. The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for developing plans, strategies and manages all marketing activities including but not limited to publicity, advertising and public relations. Has immediate volunteer opportunities for the OMD Events Planning Team which includes Event Team Lead and Team Members.

Office of Ministry Development
Is looking for “Saved Techies” committed to ministry. This volunteer team will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing database applications. Knowledge of computer technology concepts and products is helpful. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
